Explanation of Fees

The Annual Participation Fee will be used to cover prgram administration, including orientations, certification, training, and maintaining prgram supplies and resources.  Project Fees will be used to cover technical updates and assistance, and project-specific expenses (such as signs, decals, and certificates).  Please note that the fees are waived for registered nonprofit organizations developing income-qualified housing.  Enclose proof of nonprofit status with this form.
